Effect of the status date change.

I have changed the "Project Status Date" at Project -> Projec
Information.
Where do I find effect of this change ?

As I understand, "status date" helps to find cost and other projec
variables as of
“status date”, but I did not notice any change in the "cost table", no
sure what is that I am doing wrong. Will appreciate your help.

Hi,

Status date only affects Earned Value calculations. Actual costs are updated
when you edit actual work or % complete. Status date is also used for some
Project Update features.
