Either / or resource assignment

Using Project server 2003. Can I assign a task to 2 (or more) resources and
have any of those resources mark the whole task 100% complete, if so how? The
resources will be using Project Web Access to update the tasks.

The person serving as the reporter for task progress will need to log into
PWA as each of the resources on the team. To accomplish this, your Project
Server administrator would need to set the method of authentication for each
of these resources to Project Server Authentication. The first time the
reporter logs into PWA as each team member, he/she should type the team
member's name in the User Name field and leave the password blank on the
Welcome page. Hope this helps.
