Elect Work Offline in Outlook

[Jeff Hodgers]

I am trying to get Outlook03 to Work Offline, but there is no such selection
on the File menu. The KB article says to close Outlook and re-open it to
get it to re-appear, but that did not work.

Any other suggestions?
