I am using Office 95. Over the years, I have used Word
7.0's electronic mail merge capability to send
personalized form emails to members of a small
organization of which I am Chair. I am *not* spamming.
However, for some reason, the electronic mail merge
function is no longer available in my MSWord 7.0.
I have:
1) specifically installed the WordMail, Dialog Editor, &
Text Converter Options of the Word program (these were
apparently no longer istalled)and rebooted the computer.
2) Uninstalled Office 95, rebooted the computer,
reinstalled Office 95, rebooted the computer.
3) renamed Normal.dot to Normal.old and--by entering
winword.exe /A--recreated normal.dot, closed Word 7.0, and
rebooted the computer.
Told there may be Office 95 remnants left in my Registry I
called Microsoft only to learn Microsoft did not create
an "Uninstaller for complete removal of Office 95".
All I know about RegEdit is that it exists.
Do I need to Add/Remove, remove Office 95 again only this
time following the remove by somehow manually searching my
Registry for remnants of the old Office 95 installation
and removing those remnants?
If so, can someone walk me through how this would be done--
including how to access RegEdit? And would it be possible
to email the response to me directly? I'm not sure I know
how to find responses here--though I will try.

Many thanks,
