Electronic Signatures

How difficult is it to include a form that requires an Electronic Signature?
Is this a function of the website or is it something that is done by a 3rd
party provider?

Not possible w/ the FP forms handler
- you need to search for a 3rd party server side solution

Your saying I need to contact the place that is hosting the website and
discuss with them if it is possible or discuss with them, what 3rd party
tool will work? If the answer is "nothing" or they can't help me, then I
need to change hosting company.

Right?
