Eligibility for Publisher 2007 Upgrade?????

W

Weirzee

I recently purchased Office 2007 Student and Teacher edition. I would also
like to purchase Publisher 2007. I notice that Publisher 2007 Upgrade is
eligible to anyone who owns a version of Office (current or previous
versions). Just double-checking, but does the Student and Teacher edition
qualify for this upgrade, too? Or do I need to purchase the full-priced
version?

Thanks.

yah, but the Pub 2007 STE full version is pretty darn cheap anyway

| No, it does not. That's one of the reasons it's so cheap.

That's what I thought and I'm glad I checked. Something in the back of my
mind -- when reading the packaging on the Publisher upgrade -- prompted me to
ask ... FWIW, the product packaging could be misleading as it merely
identifies any Office suite.

Now, next question ... is there a Publisher 2007 Student and Teacher
Edition? I've scoured the stores online, but haven't found such a product?

Again, thanks.

Doh! Nevermind ... that's what the 'academic' version is.

Actually it's not but.........No, there is no Student/Teacher edition. And
Academic requires the purchaser be enrolled or employed in an eligible
school, per Microsoft.
