Eliminate Layout Table From 'New' Page...

Ok, this is probably completely trivial, and I will be fully
embarassed, but I've been trying to find a solution to this for months!

In FP2003, when I hit 'New...'->'Blank Page' a page comes up w/ a
layout table w/ navigation links on the left and in the footer. This is
something that I set up a few years ago, but I don't remember how, and
we've now changed our website (as a dept) and I would like to update,
but it makes it painful when everytime I try, I get this stuff.

The problem is not just redirecting the 'default.htm' file or
whatever--because if I access my site from my home computer's FP, and
hit 'new' it does the same thing, so it must be something that is
stored on the server. My IT guys weren't here when I did this
originally, and they are a bit stumped, too.

I can post a link to the site and publish a blank page if it would
help.

TIA,
matt.

You probably edited your default new page template
Search for and edit normal.tem - usually in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\Pages
