eliminate N/A error when using Vlookup

How does this macro look? Will it give me a return of an "empty cell"?

ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(RC[-5],'Fall 2006 Cohort'!
R2C1:R65536C28,13,FALSE)=TRUE),"", VLOOKUP(RC[-5],'Fall 2006 Cohort'!
R2C1:R65536C28,13,FALSE))"
ActiveCell.Offset(0, 1).Select

THANKS!

Surely, you can test it just as easily as we can.

One thing to note, quotes within quotes should be doubled up, so it is

ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=<<tes>>,"""",<<test>>"
