Eliminate notification for non-personal messages with '03

Is there any way to prevent the notification for messages that are sent to a
distribution group? I would like to be notified for any message that
includes my name and file announcements in another folder for review later.

Turn off the new mail alert and create two rules. One will move your list
mail to another folder. This rule should contain the "stop processing more
rules" action. The second rule, which should come after the first, will be
a rule that applies to all messages and do nothing except show an alert.
That way, the messages sorted by the first rule won't show the alert and
everything else will.
