Eliminate Outlook 2003 Default Email Account

How can I set up Outlook 2003 to prompt for an email account to use for
sending email as opposed to having a default email account? I have 4
accounts and I keep forgetting to send mail with the proper account.

Control Panel -> Mail -> Profiles


Set it up in there!
