Eliminate the message for a program to automatically send email

When a program, such as MS Access, automatically sends an email/attachment
through Outlook, Outlook automatically generates a five-second delay and a
message appears asking if the user wants to allow this. The user must then
select "yes" to send the message, thus eliminating the convenience and the
time saved from having the program automically send the email. Is there some
way to eliminate this delay/message?
