Eliminate those pesky balloon messages that pop up lower right.

Please tell me how to turn off the habitual automatic display of those pesky
balloon messages just above the system icon tray--the ones that are always
asking you if you want to get rid of unused icons and the like. One of them
popped up in the middle of a power point presentation I was giving. The
computer wanted to know if I wanted to reconfigure Office to better suit my
needs. The audience found it funny. I found it annoying.

Even though it occurred when you were using PowerPoint the
notifications come from Windows. This article contains the steps you
need to take to turn off the balloon tips:
