Ellipse through 4 point, User Cells Editor and Geometry Toools

Hi, All

Now added new shapes.
1. Ellipse passing through 4 points and ellipse on cut face of oblique
pyramid.
2. Geometry Tools, they are simple, but usefull.
3. User Defined Cells Manager and Editor. With it I've saved much time.
