ellipsis/paragraph formatting

every time I press spacebar I have a . inbetween words and a paragraph
symbol at the end of each line I can't find any button to delete even with
office assistant help

Hi Kuredu,

This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. The
Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have misdirected you.

If you are using Word 2000/2002/2003,
1.) Click on Tools | Options...
2.) Select the View tab.
3.) Uncheck Spaces and Paragraph marks in the middle section, titled
"Formatting marks".

If you are using Word 2007, you'll need to find the equivalent selections by
searching the menu exposed by clicking on the Office Button thingy, or
perhaps it is found on the ribbon somewhere. If all else fails, post your
question to the Word Discussion Group, here:

Make sure to include which version of Word that you are using.
