email 2 and email 3 not in address book

I am using Outlook 2000 on Windows XP home edition. I
just upgraded from Windows 98. Previoulsy, under Win98,
when I wanted to send an email, I clicked the "TO" button
and my Address Book would pop up. On contacts with
multiple email addresses, the name would be listed once
for each email address and I could click whichever one I
wanted to use. Now, however, only the first email
address is listed and I cannot find a way to get "email
2" or "email 3" to show up in the Address Book. Anyone
know the solution? Thanks.

There must be more to this story. Changing your OS would not cause this. You
must have changed more than that. What mail support mode of Outlook are you
using?

If I understand where to look from other posts, the
second line of the "About" page under "Help" says:
"Internet Mail Only - Security Update"

Is that what you need to know? When I was using Win 98,
I also used Microsoft Mail to share my Outlook Calendar
and Contacts folders with my secretary. I could not use
Microsoft Mail any longer in XP so now I am using an add-
on program called "ShareOutlook" but I do not think that
is causing the problem. When I changed OS to XP, I had
to completely reinstall Office 2000 and Outlook and I am
not sure it was set up exactly as before. I imported
the .pst folders without problem, but the Address Book
does not seem the same at all. Thanks for your help.

Then you changed more than you OS. You changed your Outlook program from
Corp/Workgroup to IMO. That explains what you're seeing. It's now up to you
to decide which mail support mode you prefer. For information on choosing a
support version or changing to the other support version, look here:

I'll read that article. If I don't have an "interoffice"
email program like Microsoft Mail will I be able to change
to Workgroup? Thanks for the help.
