email a document to embed a picture, without attachment

How would I be able to include a logo into a mail merged document and email
it out, without the recipient getting the email with an attachment (the image
of the logo)?

Hi Sherri,

You can of course mailmerge the entire document as an attachment - this
would leave the logo where it belongs, namely in the document.

If you do not want to do this, I am afraid the settings of the recipient
determine whether or not the logo will be included as an attachment. If the
recipient views his mail as plain text - which may very well be the case if
he uses webmail - the logo will become an attachment, regardless of the
format (HTML, RTF, Text-only) to which you mailmerge.
