Email a form to other so they can fill it out?

I created a very simple database. I created a form with the headers on this
database. I want to allow others to complete this form so that the
information they supply can populate the mother database.

Is this possible?

Is there a way to email others the form so that they can complete it via
email? Can they just email the form back to me and I can save it to the
Access database file somehow?

Hi Ginger,

You cannot seperate a form from the database. You can give others a copy of
the database to populate and send to you but it is not a practical solution
(high overhead). If you are trying to develop a regular on-going business
process you could give them a copy of a database with forms to key into and a
button to export to a text/csv type file and email or ftp back to you. Is
not worth the effort for a one time deal.
