Email a report snapshot

I have have read many postings from all different access categories on this,
and still cannot seem to resolve this error. I have created a Macro to email
a snapshot of a report. I use lotus notes as the email client. The .snp will
generate the first time and send the email. The next time I send this an
error is generated and an .xls file is created. I have read the help on this
and delete the temp file stored in the users folder as directed. The error
still continues to happen. Is there any way to resolve this. I do not get
this error from my computer, however other users get this error.
