email account - importing passwords

Hi everyone

I have installed outlook 2000 and imported all account details from
Outlook Express 5. All is ok except the passwords on each account are
not imported. I imagine there is a very good security reason for this
but I do not know the individual passwords for each account. Reason as
follows: My ISP (virgin.net) signs up new sub accounts online and sets
up the PC at the touch of a button. I believe that they are given
separate passwords and I do not know them so can't enter manually. I
have emailed tech support but that will take forever I reckon.

There may be no answer to it but I would be very grateful for some
pointers if there are any.
