Email account setup/change wizard skip ahead

The problem I have appears only in the context of Outlook 2007 and Outlook
express.

when I use the email account wizard to create a new account to to change
existing account, it "skips" forward in the process, not waiting for my
input, just like it is on automatic script.

It does not wait for me to press the "Next" buttons, it does not wait for me
to enter values in the fields.

It is almost like there is a script that keep pressing the "Next" buttons.

Never saw anything like this before. What make it even more bizarre (or
not) is that it appear both in Outlook 2007 and Outlook express.

Please advice.

Click the button at the bottom that allows manual configuration.
