My company has been recently migrated to Outlook 2007 and, for some reason,
Outlook does not keep the autocomplete list of my previously used e-mail
addresses when the application is closed. I've checked Outlook options to
enable this feature (default enabled) and searched for the user.nk2 file that
is supposed to handle this functionallity, but no .nk2 file is found. For
some reason, Outlook does not create such file in my computer. I've tried
using Outlook also in a different computer, where my profile is created from
the scratch, (I have an Exchange account), but the same happens, and no .nk2
file is created. How can this be solved, so the autocomplete feature can be
enabled?
