Email address not corresponding to settings in raw form?

Greetings,

A friend of mine has a rather weird MS Office
email problem. When he sends email, the raw
view shows:

Person's Name
<?xml:namespace prefix = v ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /> <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />
http://www.yourdomain.com <http://www.yourdomain.com/>
Ph. xxx.xxx.xxxx
Toll-Free: xxx.xxx.xxxx
Fax: xxx.xxx.xxxx
<mailto:[email protected]>

In other words, his name comes out fine....but
the email address is set to a former sysadmin.

This doesn't show up in html format - it is only
revealed in raw format.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how to fix this?

Does his mailbox has an alias for that address by any chance?
