email address shown to contacts

We are using Outlook 2002 - I have an email address from our domain name
server ([email protected]) that is forwarded to an email account provided by
our ISP ([email protected]). Is there anyway to have my contacts see the
domain name address as the one that I'm sending from rather than my ISP
address? I have some contacts who have added my ISP address to their address
books and when we switched ISPs they no longer knew how to get a hold of me.

Create another account with the address you want them to see and then send
the messages with that account.

I can't create an account on my ISP's server using our company's website
domain name. I need to use some kind of alias or similar technique, but I
don't know how.

I never said to do that. Create an account IN OUTLOOK that has the mail
address you want the recipient to see and use your existing SMTP server.
