Email Address

When my Users enter their information into my trouble call database, is
there a way to get their email address automatically rather than them
filling it in a field I have provided? I want a be able to go into their
Outlook profile and retrieve this email address.

Sailor-

There are lots of ways to do that, but most are dependant upon the system
you're running and what you have access to. What OS's will this job be
running on? Is there an Exchange server or something else in place.. etc.
Provide these and we can get you where you want to go.

I am running Exchange 5.5 sp4 on a BDC and then on the wks I am running
Outlook 2000. I utilize roaming profiles on my network.

If you have a table of users in your database, and the user "log's in", why
not bind the Email address field to an Email address field in your user
Table. That way that first time that the user hits a screen with the Email
text box they will have to enter their email address, but thereafter the
address will already be there.
