email addresses truncate in SendNotesMail procedure

Hi all,

I am using the SendNotesMail procedure code to send an email to a list of
people. My issues is that it gets the first email address and only part of
the 2nd email address. I have tried formatting the email addresses several
ways including:
James Gaylord/DMS/Vertis (Which is how you would see it in Notes)
(e-mail address removed) (Which is the standard internet email address)
James Gaylord

The first one give me something that looks like this in the sent email:
"Michelle Garrard/VERTIS, Greg Caciolo/DMS/VERTIS, Jim Yob/DMS/VERTIS, Mike
Mrozi"
The 2nd one gives me
"mgarrard"
I do not have an eample of the 3rd one.

Here is the 2 sets of code I am using to first fill the strTo sting and then
the code for the SendNoteMail
<Code Snippet Begin>
strSQL = "SELECT E.EmailAddress, G.GroupID " & _
"FROM EmailAddresses AS E LEFT JOIN AssignedGroups AS G ON E.
EMailId = G.EMailID " & _
"WHERE G.GroupID=7;"

Set rec = CurrentDb.OpenRecordset(strSQL)

rec.MoveLast
rec.MoveFirst
With rec
Do While Not rec.EOF
strTo = strTo & rec!EmailAddress & ", "
rec.MoveNext
Loop
strTo = Left(strTo, Len(strTo) - 1)
End With
<Code Snippet End>
<Code Snippet Begin>

Dim rec As DAO.Recordset

'Start a session to notes
Set Session = CreateObject("Notes.NotesSession")
'Next line only works with 5.x and above. Replace password with your password
' Session.Initialize ("eliza1c")
'Get the sessions username and then calculate the mail file name
'You may or may not need this as for MailDBname with some systems you
'can pass an empty string or using above password you can use other mailboxes.

UserName = Session.UserName
MailDbName = Left$(UserName, 1) & Right$(UserName, (Len(UserName) - InStr
(1, UserName, " "))) & ".nsf"
'Open the mail database in notes
Set Maildb = Session.GETDATABASE("", MailDbName)
If Maildb.ISOPEN = True Then
'Already open for mail
Else
Maildb.OPENMAIL
End If
'Set up the new mail document
Set MailDoc = Maildb.CREATEDOCUMENT
MailDoc.Form = "Memo"
MailDoc.sendto = Recipient
MailDoc.Subject = Subject
MailDoc.Body = BodyText
MailDoc.SAVEMESSAGEONSEND = SaveIt
'Set up the embedded object and attachment and attach it
If Attachment <> "" Then
Set AttachME = MailDoc.CREATERICHTEXTITEM("Attachment")
Set EmbedObj = AttachME.EMBEDOBJECT(1454, "", Attachment,
"Attachment")
' MailDoc.CREATERICHTEXTITEM ("Attachment")
End If
'Send the document
MailDoc.PostedDate = Now() 'Gets the mail to appear in the sent items
folder
MailDoc.SEND 0, Recipient
'Clean Up
Set Maildb = Nothing
Set MailDoc = Nothing
Set AttachME = Nothing
Set Session = Nothing
Set EmbedObj = Nothing
End Sub
<Code Snippet End>

Has anyone else seen this behavior and if so how did you correct it.

TIA,
