Hi Michel,

Open Mail, Add address want to delete in the 'To' box. Hold down Control and click on the address. In the box that comes up click on 'Add to address book' and then when that comes up click 'delete' and address is deleted.

However it took me a couple of hours messing around with the Help using different arrangements of 'Delete email addresses' to get that bit of information and I would not be able to find it again.

Anyway thank you again.

Hi Michel,

Just gone back and read the link again. The 'Most Recently Used' rings a bell. I think that is how I happened on the solution and by sheer accident. Why can't they just put everything into the address book. So much simpler.
