email an attachment

I want to use the sendObject command to send emails to recipients defined by
a query. Is there any way to prompt for an attachment so that the user can
navigate to find a word document to be attached.

the codification is:
PieceJointe = Application.GetOpenFilename
If PieceJointe <> False Then
.AddAttachment (PieceJointe)
End If
