email and screen prints

OS XP Pro, Office 2003. 2 computers same issues. Screen prints inserted in
emails has worked over 2 + years. Within last 3 months, no longer able to
insert a screen print.. it only showed up as a box with a red x. Obtained a
new computer 1 month ago.. this function worked again.. now all of a sudden
no longer working and no changes made to settings. Strange thing.. deleting
sent folder has allowed the screen prints to be viewable in an email I send
and the recipient can view the screen print, however, if I cc myself, the
screen print is not there or viewable by me as well as if I open the email
from my sent folder, the screen print is not there. But if I click on reply
or forward, the screen print appears. This seems to be a setting or security
issue but ?? Does anyone have any ideas?

if you are pasting a screen print, you need to use HTML or RTF and RTF
doesn't work well with non--outlook email clients...

Did you empty the securetemp folder?

Diane, thank you for your response. I am using HTML. I have not emptied the
securetemp folder, but the computer I'm having the issue with is a work
computer and my IT dept. has no idea why this is happening or what to do to
fix it. It is possible I may have a size limit issue or they may have
deleted/emptied the securetemp folder. Their only idea/suggestion is for me
to do my screen prints in a word doc and email the word doc. As I use this
function for fairly high volume training (200 - 400 e-mails a month) the time
it takes to resize the screen print in word is not efficient. I know there
must be a fix. Does the securetemp folder need to be emptied regularly? Or
is it something that might have been deleted? Or could a recent office update
have corrupted it? I thank you for your time and any insight.
