If you've entered the email address for each resource and
the required email server data, all resources with
assignments should receive email notifications as soon as
you publish the project on Project Server. Try the
following:
- Check that the email server settings are correct: go to
the Admin section in Project Web Access, click
on "Customize Project Web Access" and then click
on "Notifications and reminders"
- Check that the email addresses are correct: go to the
Admin section again, click on "Manage users and groups",
pick a user from the pull-down list and click on "Modify
User". Repeat for all relevant users...

have just been assigned tasks. If so how can i do this? I
thought i was able to ? I do not want my resources to have
to be checking the server everyday for future assignments,
i want them to be able to receive an email saying this
task is coming up, or it is now ready to be completed. If
there is a better way of such collaboration, or you can
help with the current collaboration. Please help ASAP!
