Email appearing in a category when none is assigned

Hi all. I started using Entourage for my e-mail about a month ago and
all was well until just last week. I have not set up any 'rules' nor have
I assigned any 'categories' or 'projects' to anyone in my address book, yet
my e-mails are being put in the 'recreation' category and it's colour. I
can go into each message and change the category back to none, the colour
then reverts to the colours I have chosen. Anyone have any thoughts or know
why my messages are being put into a category when none is assigned ?

Look under Tools in the Menu bar and select Mailing List Manager. Do you
have any entries in the MLM? It's possible the rogue rule is marking your
messages as recreation category.

It's very easy to set up a MLM rule by accident, when you are marking a
message as 'not junk'. The wording of that dialog is ambiguous to say the
least.
