Email Archives - Outlook XP

When archiving emails using File/Archive emails are being copied into the
..pst file NOT moved. Normally Outlook moves the emails so there is no
duplication. This has happened to 2 different members of staff. Is this a
known problem and if so is there a solution. We don't want to have to
cross-check the folders archived to date.

What is the destination for the archiving in the Archive properties?

After furious head scratching, Snacks asked:

We are archiving to our network - a unique folder for each member of staff.
