Email Attachment help

hey all,
you know how you can submit a form as an email. what if the person you are
sending it To: doesn't have InfoPath. Can someone please tell me some ways
around this?

If you use infopath 2003, end user must have to install infopath to open the
infopath.
If you use infopath 2007, you can open the infopath by using feature called
browser enabled in browser if you do not have infopath
