Periodically, email recipients do not receive the files I attach. Additionally, some times parts of the email text isn't received.

What is the resolution?

Additionally, some times parts of the email text isn't received.

What is the resolution?

What kind of attachments are these? Are you sending messages in plain text
or HTML? Are these attachments embedded (images in the message body) or
actually enclosed? Have you tried compressing them?

How many recipients are we talking about? What service provider(s) are they
using? What email program(s) are they using? Has it always been this way or
did this start recently?

When you say some parts of the email text isn't coming through: what part?
The beginning? The middle? The end? Random portions? What does it end up
looking like.

Obviously this is not typical behavior. Much more information is required.
