email auto-link, sent items not in history

Sent emails do not show (are not linked) in Contact - History, received
emails are linked and do show.

I have 3 separate email addresses, under 'manage email auto-link' and
'folders', only the 'Inbox' folder appears under each email address, the
'Sent' folder does not appear so no tick box is available. Using Outlook
2007, emails sent from each address are stored in each separate address Sent
folder, but BCM cannot apparently see the 'Sent' folders.

Any suggestions gratefully received !
