I was wondering if it is possible to prevent email autolinking when an email
is addressed to a large number of recipients.
For example, I sometimes receive emails that are addressed to me and a large
number of people (usually a distribution list), many of whom are BCM
contacts. As a result, those emails are linked to the contacts. However,
since these emails are not direct correspondence with the BCM contact, these
emails are not very useful or relevant as history items.
I do want the email autolinking, but linking emails with a large number of
recipients usually just results in unnecessary clutter in the BCM contact
history item list. Is there a way to prevent autolinking if the email comes
from a certain address, or maybe a way to prevent autolinking when the email
is sent to X or more recipients? Thank you!
