Email automatically being sent to Deleted Items folder upon arriva

I have 1 user who has some email automatically move directly into her Deleted
Items Folder. I have checked and she doesn't have any rules set up and the
sender's email address is in her White List. Further, this happens at
random, so it doesn't do this all the time for any one sender. It even does
it when there are no attatchments. Any ideas?

I suspect some kind of anti-virus or -spam software. If you're using
Exchange, perhaps it's on the server side.

We are not running Exchange. We are using Terminal Services and this is the
only user who has this problem. Thanks for the thought.
