Email Button in Forms using Word 2003/2007

I am in the process of developing a form using word. I would like to send
the form via email and have the person complete the form and press the
[Submit Email] button and the form is returned to me completed. In addition,
how do I do that to print the form using a button in forms.

Unless you can be certain that the user will have Outlook as his/her default
e-mail application and that (s)he will allow macros contained in a dcoument
to be run (neither of which is by any means certain) then you are probably
limited to using a hyperlink to yourself. The hyperlink would have to be at
separated from the rest of the form by section break(s) in order for it to
work. Unfortunately I don't know a way to attach a document to an e-mail
message created by a hyperlink.

What's the problem with printing? The print command in Word should do that.
By all means add a copy of it to a toolbar stored in the form document.
