I have Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP machine with SP2.
Email messages, calendar and contact items open very slowly.
e.g. when I double-click on an email messages, it takes ~6 seconds to open.
Found a MS KB article that alternate input (handwriting, speech) might be
the culprit. Followed the instructions (related to removing ctfmon.exe from
the registry) and that made no impact.
I have Norton Antivirus 2005 running and up to date.
I have Spy Sweeper 3.5 running and up to date.
They detect nothing.
I have Windows XP and Office XP up to date.
What do I do?
