email --can not send using verizon settings

exchange server is fine when sendg recg. for personal i use verizon wireless
ISP. all worked until about a month or so ago. now can not send via verizon
account. dble triple checked settings. verizon checked settings. verizon
says its outlook (surprise!)

ive tried everything I can think of....Im desperate. fyi Blackberry set up
w verizon (no exchange server) and all works fine.

Any error message?
Version of Outlook?

Sounds like you are trying to access your personal account at work. Many
corporate networks have disabled this possibility. Perhaps your company
enforced this policy now as well. Contact your manager or corporate admin to
verify this.

Disabling your ability to send personal email through the company-paid
internet connection is common practice these days. You should be able to see
a send/receive error, please post the entire contents of the error including
both messages and numbers.

It's likely been disallowed at the firewall.
