email character set composition?

I am getting the following error on returned email. I
tried just using plain text, but no go. Thanks for any
suggestions....KC (see below)


Failed to deliver to '<[email protected]>'
LIST module(list powercomputing) reports:
Your message cannot be posted.
It is composed using the 'windows-1252' character set,
and this list accepts ISO-8859-1 only

try tools, options, mail format, international options button - what
character set is selected? Select Western European (ISO) if it's not already
selected.

if you use outlook's editor, check your encoding using tools, encoding.
