Email characters

Hi,

I have a problem with the outlook/ exchange using sbs2003 std

Sending a email to extern recipient is okay. But with a CC to a internal
recipient results in replaced strange characters.

examples:

boven de € 80,00 gemaakt zijn

hoor ik ‘t wel.
--------------------------------------

I have a strange feeling that Exchange do this Iso ?

How can I change this to normally

Check your Encoding settings in Outlook, as well as your Language settings in
Control Panel.

Any idea what i have to choose ?

Settings outlook are West European (iso)

Who's changing ? the sender or the receiver ?
