I have Outlook 2003.
Using tools/organize/colors option to make email from certain users a
specific color, yesterday I set up email from my boss to be a specific color
(red). Now today I have emails in my inbox from two other people in my
company and their emails are the same color that I set up for my boss'
emails. The only common element? They all have the same last name.
I don't have a clue to why Outlook isn't differentiating user's complete
email address. It's as if it's only reading the last name, even though when I
set up the color for my boss' email, his name was the email address in the
box at the time.
Is there an additional step I could take to correct this problem?
