EMail Command Button Problem

I have a Command Button on a form, that e-mails the contact.
However, when I package the database, the email comand does work, but it
seems like there is a duplicate eMail that then crashes Outlook.

Any ideas why this is happening?

The macro command for 'send object' is: =[E-Mail Address] & IIf(Nz([E-mail
Address])<>""," ").

Please help
