Email content deleted

When sending emails, the content is removed when viewed by the recipient. In
other words the email is blank when received.
Can anyone help?

Not without any configuration details like;
Is the recipient using Outlook?
What version?
What message format are you using? Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor?
What version of Outlook are you using?
Does the content show when looking at it from a different client? (like
webmail)

We are having the same problem.
We are configured with:
Outlook 2003 SP2
HTML or Rich Text format
Outlook as the e-mail editor
All recipients receive blank email body and the sender also shows blank
email body once the problem is identified by the recipient.
The message body is completely stripped out including the original contents
and signature which normally is sent with each message as configured in the
Mail Format tab.
No stationery being used.
One Exchange server and email sent interally to colleagues
Problem has been affecting users intermittently and cannot be reproduced
Loss of productivity and loss of email dialog

Anyone else having this problem whereby blank emails are sent?

Furthur exploration has shown that most of the users who report the problem
are replying to a rich text message and after they hit the send button the
message is automatically (magically) changed to an HTML message and the body
of the message is stripped. The user doesn't have Word as the default email
editor therefore changing a messge from Rich Text to HTML without first
converting it to plain text is not possible...and the user has not converted,
something has happened to the message automatically after hitting send!

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Help much needed as Microsoft
doesn't know what it could be ...

This is typically the result of a mail scanner or add-in of some kind that
manipulates the message, like an antivirus program.

Yes, but wouldn't it cause the issue more often than maybe once every few
months? Wouldn't it affect everyone?

In our case, we have had a handful of "reported" cases. In January, a user
sent out a message and was told by the recipient that it was blank so they
automatically assumed they did something wrong. In the past couple of
months we have had a couple of users who reported the problem happened to
them once and it has never happened again. We have had one user report the
problem about 3 times but could never reproduce the problem and have not
heard that it has happened again since...I'm not yet convinced that the
problem is caused by something other than Microsoft's Office 2003 SP2.

Perhaps and perhaps. It depends on whether or not the add-in touched every
message.
