Email Custom Report

I need to email a report to each customer (with email address) in my database.
What is the best way to send a customised report for each client, and have
the report appear in the body of the email (not as attachment)?

If it must be attached I would prefer to send it as a PDF file.

Somebody suggested sending to word and using mail merge. Is there a better
way?

Very grateful for any help you can offer.

I send PDFs using the Mail and PDF class at:

While the code on my website sends an attached report, that is not
customized, it does show how to loop through a list of email addresses. It
should be easy enough to use a recordset variable to customize each report:
