I have an issue with emails that are disappearing after a user opens up the
email. This email usually has a .pdf file attachment and what happens is
when the user double clicks on the email, there is a notification window that
says "operation failed" and then the email disappears. It does not go into
the deleted or stay in this person's inbox. I am curious to know if anyone
may have a fix for this. Adobe is currently the most recent, and office has
all the updates with it.
Any help would be nice. He is using Office 2003 SP3.
