Email distribuition from contact list by catagory

Does anyone know how to create an email distribution list
in outlook from the Contact folder selecting by catagory?

Hello:

Click on Contacts in your Folder List

Click on File, then New, then Distribution List on
the title bar menu options. A folder will open.

Name the Distribution List whatever you want to.

Click on Select Members and your contact lists
will come up.

Choose members from your contact list and add.

OR

You can choose to create new contact cards and
type in all the info.

No need to create DL's when the user already has categories established.
Categories work better than DL's.

Use the "By Category" View of your Contacts Folder. Select a Category header
