How do i make a new email distribution lists in Entourage? I do not have file/group/and so on - - - -

What exactly do you mean by "I do not have file/group/and so on"? To create
an email distribution list, go to File>New>Group.

Sorry I was not clear - - - - in 2008 Entourage I could not find at the top of Entourage (file) so I could not make a group or list.Where do I go to make a email distribution lists in Entourage or group as it is called in Entourage.
All this is new to this old guy. Thank you for your help.
