My client cannot print from Outlook 2000, (windows 2000)
on a certain printer (HP4100DTN). She can print on other
networked lazer printers. The following is an error msg:
windows cannot print due to a problem with the current
printer setup. Try one for more or the following:
-check the printer by printing a test page from windows
-make sure the printer is turned on and online
-reinstall the printer driver.
I have done all of the above. The problem is
intermittent, and I am noticing it happen with other users.
When the attachment (usually an office product) is opened
and saved, subsequent attempts to print it off the same
printer fail.
