Email encryption

I need an email encryption program that allows recipients to open the email
with password. When email closes it will encrypt again. This is to prevent
anyone walking by the computer from being able to open the email

Encryption has to be implemented at both ends.

Outlook natively supports S/MIME, for example.

In short, I don't think what you want is possible without the
cooperation of all parties involved. Locking the desktop is the correct
approach. Window-L is the shortcut.

They will all work in a similar way. I've done this with PGP in the 90s.

GPG and PGP are a minor pain to setup at first, but then you have a very
robust solution. Make no mistake, this stuff is secure.
